Service

LuaNet lets users run Luanti servers on supported Android and desktop devices. LAN hosting is local to the user's network. Optional External link uses NovaX tunnel infrastructure to forward Luanti UDP traffic to the user's running server.

Accounts

A LuaNet account is required for External link and optional cross-device Sync, Remote, and Cloud Backup features. Users are responsible for keeping sign-in providers and devices secure. NovaX may suspend connected services if an account or tunnel is used abusively or illegally.

Acceptable use

Do not use LuaNet or NovaX External link to host, transmit, or promote illegal content, malware, credential theft, denial-of-service traffic, harassment, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, copyright infringement, or activity that violates Luanti, ContentDB, Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, GitHub, or network provider rules.

Users are responsible for the worlds, mods, games, player behavior, server names, and public listing information they choose to run or publish.

External link

External link is a convenience feature, not a guaranteed hosting SLA. An account may run up to five External links simultaneously. Starting an External link or unlocking additional simultaneous server slots may require a rewarded ad, and sessions may be subject to the duration shown in the app. Limits may be reduced temporarily when required for abuse prevention, infrastructure capacity, security, or store policy compliance.

Content and third-party software

Luanti, games, mods, texture packs, ContentDB packages, frp, Android libraries, Firebase, AdMob, and other components are governed by their own licenses and terms. See the Licenses page.

Availability and changes

LuaNet features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Users should keep their own backups of worlds and server data.

NovaX Cloud Backup has per-file, per-account, and retention limits shown in the app. It is an optional convenience copy, not a guaranteed archival service. Users should keep a local copy of important worlds. Files that exceed limits, violate these terms, or remain after a service shutdown may be removed with reasonable notice where possible.

LuaNet and NovaX External link are provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that a server will remain reachable, compatible with every mod/game, or free from data loss caused by device failure, app bugs, Android power management, user configuration, or third-party services.
